Hooked On Fish


It’s packed with protein, but it’s not Junior’s favourite food. So catch his interest with these kid-friendly dishes.

BAKED TUNA FISH

Ingredients
> 2 cups canned tuna in oil
> 1 green apple, peeled and diced
> 1 white onion, diced
> 3 tbsp mayonnaise
> Pinch of salt and pepper
> 4 tbsp breadcrumbs

Garnish
> 4 green peas
> 35g instant noodles
> 1 carrot, peeled and cut into fish shapes
> 1 mango, scooped into ball shapes
> 2 tbsp mango puree
> 1 tbsp mayonnaise

Method
1. Combine the ingredients (except bread crumbs) and mix well.
2. Mould into a fish as shown and coat with breadcrumbs. Preheat an oven to 165 deg C and bake for 9 to 12 minutes.
3. Garnish and serve the fish as shown.
