Hit The (Designer) Bottle
Celebrated designer Karim Rashid has left his magic touch on furniture (the Veuve Clicquot loveseat), high fashion labels (Issey Miyake and Prada) and tech gadgets (Samsung and Asus).
What’s next? Baby bottles, of course.
His much-talked-about Iiamo Go bottle is finally available in Singapore – and it’s more than just a head-turner. The 180ml BPA-free plastic bottle heats up milk to about 37 deg C in four minutes using a disposable capsule containing water and salt. Heat is generated as the salt becomes re-hydrated.
Choose from white and pink (his signature colour) or lime green and blue. It costs $64.90, from retailers including Baby Meadows, Tom & Stefanie and Kiddy Palace. A pack of six warmers costs $13.50.
