Question: I haven’t given birth, but my breasts are leaking. Why?

Answer: You’ll notice a few changes in your breasts because of pregnancy hormones. During the third trimester, the nipples can secrete fluid to prepare for lactation. It doesn’t mean you have, or will produce, large amounts of breast milk. Meanwhile, you may want to wear breast pads to stay dry and comfortable.
