Question: I’m expecting again – but it’s barely three months since I delivered my first baby. How can I prepare my body?
Answer: Since you’ve just given birth, it’s normal that you feel weaker and more tired. What you can do now is to strengthen your health. Be sure to eat a well-balanced diet fortified with calcium. And get plenty of rest. Your body needs adequate time to recover, so it’s generally advisable not to conceive so soon after a delivery. Ideally, you should give yourself one to two years before trying for another child.
