Character cafes seem to be making a comeback, and among the latest is the Hello Kitty Orchid Garden at Changi Airport, which opened to a tremendous turn-out.

In fact, you can expect an hour wait on weekdays and a three-hour wait on weekends.

The cafe opens 24 hours, though there is a limited menu from midnight to 6am, and a required minimum spend of $10++ per guest.

Located at the Changi Airport Terminal 3 arrival hall, Hello Kitty Orchid Garden is modelled after Singapore’s modern landscape juxtaposed with lush green scenery.
