It’ll be a fun-filled and lavish feast at this Easter adventure that is inspired by the whimsical Alice in Wonderland. First, “The Garden Party” is where you’d find a range of greens to build your salad, such as mesclun mix, arugula, baby spinach and ice berg, with complementary dressings and emulsions and various condiments and vinegars to choose from. Next, “Escape Into The Woods” features an array of ready-made salads, such as the Thai Beef Salad, Creamy Poached Tiger Prawn, Quail Egg and Sicilian Caponata, and King Crab Salad with Quail Egg and Tobiko.

Local heritage dishes and old school snacks reign at this buffet spread, with a slight twist thanks to Easter. The all-time favourite Singapore Chilli Crab, will be served with Hot Cross Mantous to mark the occasion, and you can expect other delights such as Wok-fried Cereal Prawns with Chilli Padi, Slow-braised Beef Rendang with Spices, Grilled Barbecue Sambal Stingray and Pan-fried Fresh Oysters in Crispy Batter with Chives and Home-made Chilli (Live station).

Jamie’s Italian’s scenic waterfront Vivocity outlet is hosting a spectacular buffet with mouthwatering Easter dishes on Easter Sunday. Dishes include a selection of small bites such as the Devilled Free-range Eggs and Prosciutto-wrapped Asparagus, and fork-tender meats such as the Roast Leg of Higher-welfare Lamb with vegetables and Roast Sustainably Sourced Barramundi slathered with tarragon cream sauce. Don’t forget to try the Eggplant Parmigiana (pictured) and their rich Bread & Butter Pudding made with higher-welfare dairy and free-range eggs.
