60g chicken, minced
60ml chicken stock, freshly prepared
40g broccoli, cut into small florets
15g carrot, cubed
1. Cook fusilli till soft according to instructions on packaging. Drain water and set aside.
2. Steam chicken with 15ml of chicken stock for 4 minutes. Set aside.
3. Steam broccoli and carrot with 45ml of stock for 10 minutes, or until desired softness appropriate for your baby.
4. Mix fusilli, chicken, broccoli and carrot. Steam for 5 minutes. Serve.
