2 tbsp olive oil
50g carrot, diced
100g salmon fillet, diced
50g silken tofu, mashed
50g broccoli florets, diced
50g cauliflower florets, diced
Pinch of salt (optional)
1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Stir-fry carrot for 1 minute.
2. Add salmon and tofu.
3. Add broccoli and cauliflower. Continue to stir-fry for 2 minutes and break up the salmon.
4. Season with salt, if using. Serve.
