Based on over 30 years of extensive research on right brain training and whole brain development, Heguru Method offers programmes that can give your children a head start in their learning journeys.
When Singaporean mums Agnes Ng, Claire Ng and Rachel Pei met the founders of the Heguru Method in Japan and experienced the Heguru Method first-hand, they were amazed at how the right-brain training programme positively impacted Japanese children.
Determined to achieve the same results with Singaporean children, the three educators brought Heguru Method to Singapore, co-founding the renowned HEGL Japan Right Brain Training Programme at Heguru Method Learning Centre in 2013.
About Heguru Method
Heguru Method founders Mr Hirotada Henmi and Mrs Ruiko Henmi spent over 30 years extensively researching right brain training and whole brain development. They created HEGL educational programmes, which have been proven to effectively develop the potential of every child. HEGL has a presence in 13 countries; its aim is to develop children early in life and nurture them into future great leaders who can make a meaningful contribution to society.
Right brain training to help them develop their full potential
Your child’s brain grows the most rapidly up until three years of age. This “golden period” is regarded as the best time to build Junior’s fundamental learning abilities. Designed for children aged six months to 12 years, the Heguru Method programmes include a variety of memory, numeracy, visualisation, and speed fun activities to give children a head start in their learning journey.
The activities enable the effective stimulation of a child’s right brain, which is responsible for creativity, thereby optimising his brain capacity in multiple fields such as photographic memory and high-speed brain processing ability.
Qualified and experienced teaching staff
The three principals are all trained, qualified and experienced educators: Agnes and Claire both have Masters of education degrees in early childhood and Rachel has a professional diploma in early childhood care and education.
In order to ensure the authenticity and quality of their lessons, the teachers at Heguru Method Learning Centre undergo rigorous training with founders Mr and Mrs Henmi in Japan before they obtain their official certification. The teachers are committed to bringing out the innate potential and talents of every child through Heguru Method’s right brain development training programmes.
Heguru Learning Method Learning Centre is located at Harbourfront Centre and Choa Chu Kang.
